Designed with the outdoor cook in mind, the set is ideal for prepping larger meals, with the cutting board able to be unfolded to safely store the full-sized chef knife with magnetic fastening. As the cutting board is made of natural birch wood, it should be washed and dried before use. To maintain, we recommend lightly oiling every six months to keep the wood moisturized.
